Traveler Questions
I posted this on the Travel board but figured I would try here too. I am considering a trip to New Orleans for Nov 10-13, 2010. I have a few questions if anyone can help:
1. Is 4 days enough time for first time visitors to see all the best parts of NO? Is it too much time?2. We are looking at staying at the W hotel. It seems like a great location. Would you say this is a good hotel choice and location? Will we be walking distance to mostly everything? Is a rental car needed?3. What kind of weather could we expect during this time?TIA!Married

1. 4 days sounds like just enough time.
2. W Hotel is great!... Their bar, whiskey blue is super nice!.. You can take the street car anytime for 1.25 and tour the rest of the city.. It runs 24 hours a day. You can go to the Uptown area and tour the Garden district mansions for free!.
