If you worked from home and were hring a younger teenager (like 13-15) to watch/occupy your kids in your house, how much would you pay per hour?
I know it has been a long time but I know for watching 2 kids with the parents NOT home I made about $3/hr when I was in jr high.
Re: Question for moms
You're younger than me, and I think you got ripped off at $3/hour!
How much assistance are you really going to be? Are you going to change the diapers, or is she? Are you going to feed them, or is she? I wouldn't go any less than $5/hour.

Leadville Trail Marathon 6.30.12 - 7:32:23 (not a typo)

I guess it would depend on what was expected - just playing? making meals too? diaper changes? cleaning up?
If it's just playing, maybe $4-5/hr. If it's more, probably $6-7/hr? I know I made like $3/hr way back when too, but I figure times have changed, lol.
No more then $5 an hour, especially since you are home.
