People who leave their dogs outside suck, and people who do crap like this really, really suck!!! And I bet they'll get a slap on the wrist (at best). 
(The video isn't graphic, but it is incredibly heartbreaking and infuriating!)

God help all of these awful people if I were to ever be in the position of being responsible for their punishment... It would be very ugly.

it's hard to watch that video. i hope they pay the full price for each and every offense they committed. but unfortunately it depends which judge we get
I have tears in my eyes just reading the story. I can't watch that video. I only wish I could inflict their punishment. I would have everything done to both of them that they did to that dog. If that is how they want to treat a living thing, then apparently that is how they, themselves would like to be treated.. so be it!
Some people suck! This is why I would like to get a 3rd dog who is mean as hell, to protect the other 2 that love people and would go with idiots like this.

The entire story makes me sick. I just don't understand people sometimes. Why anyone would even think of doing something like that is crazy.
On another note, Buckeye was sitting on the couch with me while I was watching that news story, and they did a close up of the dog sitting and panting. Buckeye heard the dog panting, looked at the tv, hopped off the couch, and went right up to the tv and stared. He wouldn't move until the story was over. It was too cute.

I tend to agree with this as well. Idiots all around if you ask me.
I can only hope this story may be a lesson to people that dogs should NOT be left outside unattended.
I went to high school with that girl.....wow!! That is horrible!!
I won't watch it.....stuff like that is just completely heartbreaking and I don't understand it at all. That's something I am SUPER passionate about & I can't even say what I would do to those people. It involves a lot of expletives and arms flailing at their faces.
CJ- One of our friends' dogs does that same thing whenever they turn on Dog Whisperer! So strange how they just know!
