yes, it's a canning recipe though. I found it in the book "175 Best Jams, Jellies, Marmalades and other Soft Spreads". I have about 15 things on my "jamming" list this year... oops

Also, I think it would be good on a roasted pork dish. With some fancy rice pilaf or something.
