I have a house husband
So DH got a new job back in early March and within days he realized he hated it. As we were driving home from our mini-moon on Wednesday night he told me that he couldn't handle it anymore and he was going to quit...like asap. He managed to last almost 3 hours yesterday before walking down to HR and giving his notice. They just let him go immediately. The place was awful and he was so unhappy. Yeah it sucks that he doesn't have a job and we're going to have to dig in to some savings but now more than ever it's important to both of us that he is happy. It was awful seeing him so miserable. Hopefully I'll be able to work my recruiter magic and help find him something fast.
Can we get some vibes that he finds something soon? Thanks Ladies!

He was in retail sales for about 5 years and then left to take this job for an insurance company working in their claims department. He realized that he actually does enjoy sales more than anything so hopefully he can find something that will offer him challenges and variety. I just hope he can find something outside of retail so he has weekends off still.

Claims... it's a really good job, but it made my dad miserable for 38 years. He's retired now. My mom works in insurance, too... started in claims but had moved up now. I've heard so many stories.
