New to the state... Newport, NC
Hey everyone,
I am new to the state from Ohio. My husband got a job in Havelock so we moved to Newport. Is anyone from the area? I don't really know anyone so its a tad lonely. I am still job-searching too so I don't have too much to do presently. Would love to get to know some people! Thanks!

I'm not sure where Newport is (also new to NC from Ohio) but wanted to say welcome!
I grew up in Morehead City, but I haven't lived there for about 12 years. It's a small town, but since it's summer there should be a little bit more going on than usual. I don't have any really good ideas for how to meet people there unfortunately.
