Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

HH and I just started the C25K program today. Has anyone else here done it? Did you enjoy it, notice changes in your body/mood, etc? Just interested to see if this is going to be a waste of 9 weeks or if it will help get me on the pathway to getting back in shape

I never did the official program, but I started running on my own a few years ago and I typically run 3 miles at a go now, plus warm-up and cool-down walks. I definitely notice changes in my overall mood and "sense of well-being," if you will, when I'm being faithful about running frequently. The body changes are subtler.
I need to work out tonight... It's going to be so freaking hot, though! I have HAD it with our air conditioner not working!
