did everyone have a good weekend? we did, but i am POOPED. entertained all weekend. we were outside a lot and even though I was religious about putting on bug spray, I have at least 30 bites all over. i couldn't sleep last night from scratching

We had a great weekend, Pittsburgh was a lot of fun, but man was a freaking hot! I'm exhausted today, lots of driving yesterday and we got stuck in quite a bit of traffic coming home, so that wasn't fun.
Good thing about being at work today...the air conditioning is blasting because today's high is 100!!!! UGH! Is if fall yet?
I saw on the news that yall are getting some high temperatures this week. Ugh I think finally here it is "cooler" like mid 90's.
We had a really good weekend! The weather was pretty cool, but at least the rain stayed away. We didn't plan on seeing any fireworks, but we definitely got enough of a show from our neighbors that we don't feel like we missed out. (I think I'll make another post explaining.)
But we did a BBQ with friends on Saturday. Then we did a hike on Sunday followed by another BBQ (with people from the CrossFit gym that DH has been going to). Then DH did another hike yesterday and took the dog, so I was home alone all day. It was kinda nice, actually.
