As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I accidentally deleted my email for today
So, from memory Im doing/done:
Clean kitchen / do dishes, shine sink, do 15 mins of de-cluttering in the kitchen, swish & swipe, laundry (lots of laundry!).
I have put up post-its next to the kitchen sink and on the bathroom mirror. I'm about to go get dressed to shoes. I know it's already past noon, but baby steps right!?
Since this weeks zone is the kitchen I figure I could organize the pantry. It's a bit of a mess right now. I will also shine my sink in a little while.
NFLR (not flylady related): I have to go deposit K's check, write out some bills, wash the kids clothes AND walk for at least 20 minutes on the treadmil.
Oh, adding exercise to the routine is a good idea, so are the post its!
ah! I almost forgot to swish and swipe! done. phew. lol
