funny boss story - mrs. moses, you'll appreciate!
sooo, my boss has been on a european vacation for the last 2 weeks. on friday he sent an email to my secretary asking her to call his mom and his sister to tell them that he is having fun and he'll be back on monday.
are you serious, you can't call your OWN MOTHER???
anyway, so typical of him, but i had to share. lindsay, i thought you had a similar boss who didn't do much for himself, so i thought you'd get a kick out of it!

How horrible!! If Dexter ever had someone contact me I am pretty sure my heart would be broken. :-( I feel bad for his mom. Where did she go wrong? LOL.
Oh. My. Goodness! Yes, you remembered correctly...I have TWO bosses that don't do much for themselves, but I would like to think they would call their own mother!
This is so sad, but still makes me laugh just a little. Not a laugh like it is really funny, but a laugh like, be serious!

4 kids, actually. but that doesn't matter. he has an autistic son who lives with him but has a full-time caretaker who sometimes keeps the son overnight. for this kid's birthday last year, he had the caretaker bring his son to Walgreens between work and a dinner he had so he could give him a hug on his birthday.
this guy is nuts.
he is the same guy who wanted me to sit down with his wife to discuss the "benefits of a work-family balance" while i was on my maternity leave. Ummmm, not sure i want the kind of work-family balance that they have in their family!!
How incredibly sad!!!!! You do NOT want that kind of family!!! You and TJ are doing a great job!
