Im quite the cooking machine today!
I have pretty much spent all day in the kitchen
I made:
fridge pickles (yay for free, in my parents garden!)
a huge salad and from scratch ranch dressing (lunch),
macaroni salad (the hubs has to have this the day before his game, he's superstitious. I didnt have time to make it last week and he lost LOL).
I might make some chocolate chip cookies later....

tell me about this macaroni salad....
Boil a box of macaroni pasta, drain, rinse & cool.
Chop/dice all your veggies. I use red/green/yellow bell peppers and celery.
To make the dressing, whisk together:
2-3 tbl apple cider vinegar (or white)
3/4 cup mayo
2 tbl prepared yellow mustard - french's
3 tbl of pickle relish- the sweet kind, not hot dog/mustard relish
1 tbl sugar
S&P to taste as well as celery seed- LOVE lots of celery seed!
*Today I added a little bit of honey mustard to it too. About a tbl or two. And, a little bit of onion powder since I didnt add onions today- about a teaspoon or so.
Toss all together and chill.
I dont all all of the dressing to the bowl, just about half then right before I serve it it I add a little bit more of the reserved dressing, bc the noodles soak it all up while it's in the fridge cooling.
My grandma likes to add purple onion, and halved cherry tomatoes to hers. I know some people like to add diced hard boiled eggs too (I dont).
