Timot's phone is AGAIN broken.  They are now sending him a  tour instead of a curve. (4 times a charm)  Isn't the tour what you have?

Again it's all covered under warrenty..you should take it in and have them look at it!  :)

Re: Jill

  • *butting in* .My cousin has the tour and has had no issues with it. I have had my 8330 (?) Curve for nearly a year with zero issues with it, including the ball. It will probably break tomorrow now LOL.
  • J and I both have the Tour 9630

Now mine is working fine.  I'm telling you the phone is possessed.  Somedays I can barely get it to work and other days you'd never know anything was wrong.  Bi-Polar phone.

  • I hate mine still, just to throw that out there. lol. I have to use a hair band to get it to charge and it has to be in exactly the right position. And I'm on my second one because the first one turned itself off and wouldn't turn back on.
  • Don't worry Tami I still hate the damn thing.  I wish there was a cheap way to get out of the phone and get something else.  For about 4 days straight it was spotty with working, it would freeze up for 30 minutes at a time, I couldn't even get it to turn off without taking the battery out.  Then the ball wouldn't work for a day.  Now since yesterday it seems fine, I've never seen it work better, I'm sure it will go back to being a sh*thead again though.
