I'm married.....
after almost cancelling the wedding. My dad was in a head on roll over accident 3 days before the wedding on a very dangerous part of the highway near our venue. Thank God he walked away with bumps and bruises and was able to walk with me down the aisle. it took us a little longer but it was a bitter sweet moment knowing that I almost didnt have him there.
On a better note, our wedding was great. The only thing that didnt go as planned was the weather. It was 84 and freakin hot. everyone spent time under a big tree for shade and only a few danced. I managed to make it down the aisle without crying...everyone else was a mess. I was in a daze.
HM wasfantastic. We went on a cruise to Alaska and while it was 100 at home it was only 49 in Alaska....talk about culture shock. It was the best 9 days I have had. Relaxing and getting pampered. Glad to be back! I have to load the pictures and the camera is still packed.
