Caesar Burger Recipe

I changed the following:

-used ground turkey breast

-lite caeser dressing

-bib lettuce (fresh from farmers market)

-organic buns (fresh from farmers market)

 

I used pepper, dried parsley, parm cheese, dressing and meat.  Made patties, grilled.  Then using a little dressing to taste, mixed the lettuce and dressing, set aside.  I warmed my buns on the grill, grilled a vidalia onion...

I put some dressing on the warm bun, pattie on top, onion, "salad".  It was TO DIE FOR!  The great part is Turkey usually dries out, but doing it this way it does not.

Highly reccomend.  I will post to my blog the pictures hopefully tonight!
