Let me preface this by saying that we have wonderful neighbors. Really really nice people, they always come over and chat when we're out working in our yard, they wave when they're out walking and we drive by, the husband has offered to cut down a tree in our yard that we mentioned we are a bit nervous about...they're great. They also have a tiny little dog, named Buster. It's one of those little fluffy things that would look adorable with a big pink bow in it's hair, if it wasn't a boy. Buster is adorable, and Stella loves him.
However, Buster has been barking his damn fool head off for OVER AN HOUR. And it's the really annoying small dog yappy bark. It is summer, it is really really hot here, and all of our windows are open. It is now at the point that Stella, who is supremely lazy and will only get off her bed if we are bribing her with treats, is running around the house all agitated, jumping up at the windows on the side of the house that Buster is on, and whining like crazy. I have no idea what is going on over there, we have owned this house for over a year and while I have head Buster bark before it has always been just one or two little barks.
My neighbors have gone in and out of the house a couple of times, the wife was out taking the laundry off the clothesline...it doesn't seem that there are any problems over there. But they also aren't doing anything about the barking dog. What the hell is up with that? And no, I'm not going to go over there and say anything...this is just a vent, it's not actually bothering me THAT bad.
Re: neighbors dog
Hahaha awesome
I love revenge! Personally I would have yelled at the kids. Hey, you can't blame a girl for what she does when woken up by someone elses kids in the middle of the night!
We have a neighbor that leaves their two yappy dogs outside and just lets them bark for HOURS. It is SO obnoxious!!! I hate it. They are 2 houses down, so we don't share a fence and I've never met them. Luckily my dog is pretty amazing, and it doesn't really bother her. The people in between us have a dog too, and when they let it out it FREAKS out at the yappy dogs (its a little yapper too) but my dog, she gets excited and runs around, but she doesn't make a peep! I am so proud of her
