Our house is selling!
After 3+ months (not too long) of our house being on the market, we accepted an offer yesterday for just $900 less than our asking price 
So excited! No onto the appraisal and inspection. We bought the house just 2 years ago and fixed the 4 things on the inspection that needed to be fixed, no too worried about that. Our house also appraised then for $4000 over what these people offered. Since then we've added wood floors in the bedrooms and an automatic sprinkler. Don't think we're too worried there.
So as long as their financing goes through, as of August 9th the house is gone! YAY!
