More questions about work clothes...

Has anyone ever bought anything from Shabby Apple? Their dresses are right up my alley. Where do you buy your clothes from? Any suggestions for someone who takes five minutes to get dressed in the morning? I feel like I need to get out of this jeans + t-shirt rut!

Re: More questions about work clothes...

  • I haven't, but their stuff looks great!  I also like Boden and Anthropologie for vintage/retro-feel.  Mod Cloth might be worth a look for you, I've heard good things about their dresses but never ordered.  I love to "window shop" but I rarely buy online (I prefer to try on first).

  • I've never heard of them, but their stuff looks really cute. I love sample sales and try to go when I can. I have a mix of Theory, Calypso, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, J Crew, etc. that I wear mostly. For summertime, dresses are always easy and cute. Do you have H&M in Canada? Super cute and super cheap. Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie also have great sales.

  • Do you like the Ross and Marshalls stores?  They can be tough to rifle through for something good but man oh man, I always find good stuff there.  I just know I have to put some time into it.  Another great store I like here is Burlington Coat Factory.  Lots of work stuff there!  They carry name brand stuff too!

  • Never heard of them until now but their stuff looks cute! I like that you can shop by body type.
