Happy 4th!
I hope everyone had a happy celebration today. We kicked back at home and spent time with our neighbors, which is always fun. Fireworks were set off by the city, so we walked down to the beach to see them being shot off of the pier.

We hung out with some old coworkers and grilled and drank...well, everyone else drank
Then we went down by the river to watch the city's fireworks and it rained up until a minute before the fireworks started. We still had fun though!
On Saturday DH had a booth at his hometown's Freedom Fest for his business. Then Sunday, we did little shopping and set off fireworks. I blogged about it...

They televised the NYC fireworks so we got to watch them here. They definitely put ours to shame!
