Calling all St. Lucian Honeymooner's!!!

Seems as though quite a few of us went to St. Lucia for their honeymoon.  Where did you stay?  We stayed at Calabash Cove... such an amazing trip I would go back in a heartbeat!

Re: Calling all St. Lucian Honeymooner's!!!

  • We were right by Castries.  it took like an hour-1.5 hours to get to the resort from the airport (depending on who was driving-which was aweful!)

We went to Castries shopping 1 day, I was so very glad we stayed on the south end of the island, the ride sucked, the mob of people sucked, & there wasnt very much to look at either.

  • We stayed at Ti Kaye... which wasn't by ANYTHING. We loved the island, and the resort was great. But we wished we would have stayed at a place closer to a city where we could enjoy more restaurants and what not. Our place was just way to secluded and far away from everything.

But at least hte food and drinks were great, service was awesome, etc. Its just the whole secluded thing really isn't our cup of tea. We like to experience more of the culture/different restaurants/scenes etc.
