1. On this freaking hot day, how is your office temp? It's freezing to me at 74. (I know this is very standard for offices, but I'm a wimp and hate cold air blowing directly on me)
2. What was the last thing you purchased that was just for you? (clothes, home thing, hobby thing, etc) Other than my Iphone (which technically DH purchased for me) I got some cool yarns at Joanns for current/future knitting projects.
3. Speaking of hobbies, what are yours? Knitting (just took it up), theoretical interior design/architecture (theoretical becuase we don't have $$ for changes right now) Sewing (occasionally) Aromatherapy
4. Do you mostly shop at Big Box retailers, or try to hunt out little-ish, local places? (nothing specific, generally) I mostly shop at BBRs because of their prices, but when I can, I try to go to support local businesses.
5. What's your Fave. thing about summer? The heat, grass between my toes, more grilling out, outdoor activities
6. Are you high maintence or low maintence? (as far as beauty/clothes go) I'm in the middle. I color my hair, and wear almost full make up Sunday-Friday. But I only buy a couple "high end" make up/face products. I like clothes, but primarily do my shopping at Marshalls, TXMaxx, Target, etc. Very rarely will you see me in something that is fully trendy. Mostly I'm a mix betwen classic and eclectic "Holly" style. To sum it up, I like to look good, but it's not a primary factor in my life, and I keep a tight budget.
2. What was the last thing you purchased that was just for you? (clothes, home thing, hobby thing, etc) pair of capris at Anne Taylor Loft over the weekend
3. Speaking of hobbies, what are yours? Bicycling, riding horses, photography, reading, watching tv, Star Trek

5. What's your Fave. thing about summer? I don't have to wear a coat and sweaters. I can wear a sleeveless jersey and shorts to ride my bike in, not 10 layers.

4. Do you mostly shop at Big Box retailers, or try to hunt out little-ish, local places? (nothing specific, generally) For everyday stuff like boxed food etc, I go to BB for the convience and price. For art work and fresh veggies, I like the local places! (PS I just found a CSA in our new area- I am PUMPED!)

6. Are you high maintence or low maintence? (as far as beauty/clothes go) i think i am pretty low maintenance...but i do take time to "get ready" every day...as in i wear makeup, do my hair and dress nicely most everyday...but i don't stress or take too long to do it.

6. Are you high maintence or low maintence? (as far as beauty/clothes go) Medium maintenance - I love a good mani/pedi, stylish (but not trendy) clothes, etc. but I'm too lazy to keep up with it consistently.

5. What's your Fave. thing about summer? the pool, wearing flip flops everywhere (except work), pedicures, getting to work in 30 min., the fact that the sun is out until 9PM.
6. Are you high maintence or low maintence? (as far as beauty/clothes go) hah. LOW. If I wasn't working, I'd be in jeans and T's all day long. I do wear make up pretty much everytime I leave the house and DH and I agree with Stacy and Clinton. We have a standard NO SWEATS OUTSIDE THE HOUSE policy.

2. What was the last thing you purchased that was just for you? (clothes, home thing, hobby thing, etc) new running shorts. (the chance of me actually running in them is quite slim. but they're comfy)
3. Speaking of hobbies, what are yours? reading, (sadly) facebooking, calculating mortgages while watching HGTV and playing with the dog.

5. What's your Fave. thing about summer? Fresh Fruit!!! I ate a small cantaloupe for breakfast the other day.
