First of all, HI! I haven't been around much lately but life has been crazy.
H owns a small business and is on the go all.day.long! He doesn't have time to come home for lunch so he typically grabs fast food everyday. I hate this, he needs to watch his diet but I understand his day is crazy enough as it is. He started keeping things at the store to make sandwiches but he is getting really bored with this (understandably). He has a refrigerator at work, but no microwave. Any ideas of what he can bring for lunch that will be mildly filling?
TIA

Re: Brainstorm with me?
Hey Stranger!
The first thing that came to mind was pasta salad. Especially pasta salad with salami or sausage, so good. Also tuna salad, chicken salad, any kind of salad....tomato and cucumber salad.
Lettuce Wraps
Pasta Salad
Salad with protein (cobb, chef, etc.)
Rice Salad
hmmmm... the no microwave thing is throwing me for a loop!
MY BLOG!
... is having a microwave at work (i.e. bringing one in somewhere) an option?
I picked up my first one for $5 from a garage sale. Might be worth the investment...
Oh definitely. I keep telling him to just buy one but he hasn't yet. Once he gets that I can start making more dinner and he can take leftovers too.
