Hey ladies!
I'm baaaaack! Well, actually I've been back since yesterday, but I'm trying to get caught up on housework and spending some quality time with the kids that I haven't had too much time to get on the comp.
Anyway, Florida was amazing! We ended up going all over the place and visiting places I've never been, which was great! We hit up Jacksonville first and went to the beach there. It was beautiful! We went early in the morning, before the crowds arrived and it was so peaceful. Sunday we had lunch with some of my friends family and then we headed down to Kissimmee to see my friends grandmother. From there we headed to Orlando and stayed at the Hilton. Talk about a gorgeous hotel!
On Monday we went to Aquatica, it was so fun! I don't think I've ever had so much fun at a water park before. That evening, we went to Universal Studios' City Walk, which was so much fun! They had a Pat O Brien's, and being from New Orleans, I had to stop in a get a hurricane, so good!
We just walked around and took pictures and looked at all the shops and things, very cool. That evening we went back to the hotel and rode the lazy river and chilled out in the jacuzzi until the pool closed.
All in all, it was a fantastic trip and very relaxing, which is just what I needed!
