Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just had my review....
Finally! After 2 years and 3 months on the job!
It went well. I got "exceptional" for 8/12 items, "exceeds expectations" for 2/12 and "fully meets expectations" for 2/12, so basically there wasn't anything she actually thought I could improve on which is nice. She says she expects most reviews to be mostly "full meets" and a few "needs improvement" so I should be proud of myself. The one thing she did tell me to was to slow down and not finish my work so quickly, haha! Anyway, I think I should frame my review, proves she appreciates me I think!
No word yet on raises or vacation or anything like that.... which is fine, as conference is less than 2 weeks away and figuring that stuff out isn't a simple task.
In terms of her behavior she hasn't said a single negative thing since I spoke with her, I hope she keeps that up!

How has your boss been treating you since your talk with her?
That is great Caroline. I am so happy that she finally recognizes the hard work that you put in and finally appreciates you. I am also glad she is finally treating you well. Maybe noone has ever stood up to her and this is what she needed. So proud of you.
I hope things get figured out with raises and vacations soon after the conference.
