Good morning ladies and Happy Friday! Is the board acting up for anyone else this morning? Hope everyone is staying cool out there, it's been ridiculous lately. What is everyone getting into this weekend? Anyone have some exciting plans?
I'm excited b/c we've been OOT the past 4 wknds and will actually be here this weekend. Is it sad that I'm excited b/c I get to clean b/c it so badly needs to be done, lol? Other than that, we have a work party for Christian at a steakhouse/sushi place on Friday, so that should be fun. Have a great weekend ladies!

tonight i might be going to the forecastle festival on the waterfront. tomorrow we are laying out at our pool (it's finally finished!) and then going to my company outing at the Louisville Bats Stadium for a game. It's right by the waterfront, so I think we may walk over to the Forecastle Festival that night, too. Sunday we FINALLY get to go pick up Piglet/Petunia/Sweet Pea/Lola at 10 a.m.

Tomorrow is the bbq for Ted's birthday and our friend Dee's birthday so I'll be spending most of today getting ready for that. We're both really excited because we haven't seen Dee in a few months, and we haven't seen her husband (Chris, our best man) since the wedding.

Happy Friday!!
I was up past midnight working last night, and it seems I am still behind so I will be working at least part of the weekend. The bad thing about my job is that I'll have dead periods where I am begging for work, then suddenly multiple projects are ready with tight deadlines!
I do get to sleep in though - haven't done that for awhile - yay!!

Tonight I'm tagging along with my 'lil sister to the car lots. She needs to buy a car and wants a little support. Should be interesting...
My parents are coming up to STL tomorrow morning. This is the weekend for their Mother's/Father's Day presents. Saturday - my sister and I are taking our mom to lunch at a tea house and then to see Wicked. I've seen it once before (love it! listen to & sing with the soundtrack in my car all the time) and this will be their first time. I'm so excited! DH and Daddio will get to have some boy bonding time. Sunday - my parents, DH, sister and I are going brunch and to a pirate treasure exhibit at the Science Center (my dad loves nautical/pirate/Navy stuff!) I'm worn out just thinking about all this, but am looking forward to some fun family time!
