  • tonight-god i hope it's a bunch of NOTHING!

tomorrow-likely going to look at a handful of houses. i may need a few drinks after that.

    sunday-open houses. ugh.

i have no rave's. can i rant about how house hunting is nowhere near as fun as i thought it would be? i'm tired of talking houses & numbers and bickering over who doesn't like what about each house!

Tonight: Date night with DH. We'll probably just go out for dinner and then come home and watch TV.

Tomorrow: Wedding dress fitting with a friend from the Knot. I can't wait to see her dress! Then in the evening DH and I are going to a friend's birthday party. Ooh, that reminds me... I need to get a gift.

Sunday: Working in the morning (my last day!) and then brunch with my officiant and his family.

RANT: Still no job on the horizon. I hate talking to DH about my job search because it's depressing, but the first thing he wants to talk about every day when he gets home.

RAVE: Last weekend in Las Vegas was awesome! It was sooooo nice to spend 3 whole days with no responsibilities.

  • No official plans, just major relaxation.  It's my last weekend off until December, so I'm planning on enjoying it.

Congrats on the new car melko!

  • Today:  Ran errands and stuff

Tomorrow: Hallmark Ornament Premiere and.... FLUGTAG!!!

Sunday: Nothing special, DH has to work on a project with some classmates.

Rant:  DH convinced me to spend $125 on a personal GPS so we can go geocaching.

Rave:  The same case at the store had an inexpensive heart rate monitor in it - squee!  I hope the fact that it was only $27 doesn't mean it's crap.  All the other one's I'd seen were between 60 and 100$.

  • Today was C's last day on nights so I spent the night on the couch watching Say Yes to the Dress.

Tomorrow we are going window shopping for a new washer/dryer and then a date night, while we are in town.

Sunday we'll head to church and then spend the rest of the day cleaning out the garage as the first step of getting the house ready for my ILs first visit. They'll be here Thursday.

Rave: We finally sold the house!!! (hence the appliance shopping)!!!

    1. Is flutag where people make their own fying machines? or something like that?

    2. what is geocaching?

    3. DH is getting a heartrate monitor!

  • 1. Flugtag is that Red Bull event where people make their own flying machines and then crash them into the water.  We left after the first three machines because I couldn't stand the heat (heat index near 100) and the crowd (not good for my panic attacks).  Now DH is pissed.

    2.  Geocaching is where you go online to their website, you find coordinates for treasure, then you use your GPS to find it.  Sometimes what you find is just a log book and you write down you were there.  Sometimes it's a trinket and you're supposed to take that and leave another behind.
