Is this ok?
I have ground sirloin frozen, I need to make taco meat with it tonight. I forgot to let it thaw. 
Can I just throw it in the skillet and cook it, or would that be bad?

If I forget to take it out, I will defrost it in the mircowave a little bit to get it to break up a little and then put it in the skillet.
It has come out fine.
