We're heading up to Maine for some glorified camping ourselves... yay cabins!
Today is my friend's birthday (one of my BMs) so I'm meeting up with her after work and we're having dinner, then going to her FI's baseball game.
Tomorrow we'll be down in CT visiting MIL.
Sunday: groceries in the AM, meeting my brother and his gf to see Eclipse, then having dinner with them.
Busy weekend, as always.
I'm on call... so that means I'm local- otherwise we'd be at our place in Maine.
Watching the world cup, celebrating a 30th birthday and seeing friends... not sure that's the right order of things... but that's what my weekend looks like.
I wish I was going to Maine again, but our niece is being baptized on Sunday so that ruined that plan :-(
Tonight we have a couple coming over for dinner. Tomorrow during the day we're going to continue cleaning the house and stuff and just general baby prep stuff. Tomorrow night we're hanging out with the Ts. Sunday we have the baptism.
I'm hoping these plans get tossed out the window because of a baby, but I doubt it.
Tonight - I don't think we're doing anything. T is putting fertilizer down to hopefully get rid of some grubs so the damn skunk that has started digging up our lawn will stop
Tomorrow - getting new tires put on my car in the AM, then cleaning the house. Then the Cams and another couple-friend are coming over for dinner.
Sunday - relaxing, hopefully getting in a long walk since the 3-Day starts in 2 weeks and I've seriously lacked in training this year. Just hoping it doesn't rain! then I have to work Sunday night
NH. We are tenting it! Ha ha ha.
Haha have fun! We tented it in NH in May when I was 17 weeks pregnant and omg, I was so miserable... having to get up to pee 4 times in the middle of the night was NOT ideal, lemme tell you!
Not that I know of, but that will change. I think we have dinner with friends tomorrow night.
I leave for Boston for 3 jam packed days of meetings Monday night and am not looking forward to it. I am going to be so tired come Thursday night when I get home.
We're picking up the outdoor set that we ordered from Crate & Barrel last week! I'm soooo excited about it!
Other than that, we'll probably spend most of our time in. The week we traveled was rough on the pup, so she's still adjusting. I'm hoping we get the rest of the boxes unpacked, mostly just random stuff left. If we're really on the ball I'm hoping we'll get paint colors picked out and start painting a couple rooms.
