Hola ladies! Its been awhile since I've been on, and I can see from lurking earlier today and yesterday that I've missed a lot.
DH and I are getting settled into our new place and new jobs halfway across the country and so far we're enjoying it. We're glad to be closer to family, but definitely miss Boston. I'll have to get my fix here! I've missed chatting!

Re: Hi from the Midwest!
hi! hope the move went well!
you are certainly welcome to continue hanging around here!
Its good so far, I've only been in for 3 days though! There hasn't been a lot of orientation, it will mostly be "learn as I go". Right now I'm just trying to familiarize myself with the programs and projects I'll have and things will pick up over the next month or so.
That's the best way to learn anyway. Hopefully there are some good people that you can go to for questions and general support. Have you had a chance to explore St. Louis at all? Are you liking it there in general?
I actually do like it more than I thought I would. We've been able to explore a little. We found a decent sushi place (so I'm pretty much set!) and a cute little gelateria.
I've already made dinner plans with a few people I've met through work, and we're really excited to have another couple that we were friends with in college in the city. She was a BM in our wedding and I was in theirs so we're pretty close.
So glad you're liking it. And I agree, good sushi is critical to a happy life
Yay for having good friends in your new city! That will make things a lot easier. And it's awesome that you're already meeting new people and hanging out with them.
I hope you keep hanging out here and posting!
