Weekend Plans?
I can't believe another week is over! What's everyone doing this weekend?
Of course, I'm working a wedding tomorrow night. Sunday I plan on vegging out, making a big dinner, and watching True Blood! Love it! Too bad Jason is working all weekend.

We are heading out to the John Deere Classic, the PGA tournament that is in town this week. After working yesterday and today there (every year for 5 years now), I take Saturday to go to the hospitality skybox on the 15th green. We're talking free food and drink ALL DAY! And to top it off, I got a bunch of extra tickets from our vendor this year, so all three of my BFF's - who also happened to be my 3 BM's - are coming! We are all so excited to get to hang out again tomorrow. Of course, the guys are coming along too. But that's not nearly as exciting as us four girls being together again!
The plans for Sunday: recuperate from Saturday.
cody is on call starting today and he's primary which means he gets to do EVERYTHING. So, we can't stray too far from home and he likes to take it easy when he's on call so he's not tired. So.......I won't be doing diddly squat. Maybe I'll finish the curtains Ive been making for the kitchen and bathrooms.
His sister is having her "wedding" shower on Sunday but I plan to get the flu or a horrible case of cramps that day since Cody can't go with me. I still have to go buy her a gift tomorrow and wrap it so it looks like I was totally planning on going and then have his mom come get it from me on her way to the shower.
I'm working all weekend. Bummer. My next day off is Tuesday.
BUT, HH comes home tomorrow. He was in S. Africa for the past two weeks. So looking forward to his homecoming.
Packing, packing, packing! We're leaving Monday to drive from FL to IL. We still need to arrange for internet/cable, and make sure our car shipping request goes through, otherwise...

-ILs are taking us for an early dinner and a play

-taking things to the Amtrak station to ship
-a few family friends might come over
Let's see... well we saw Eclipse tonight (best of the 3 yet, IMO). Then HH is off all weekend too so tomorrow morning we're going to the public opening of Hypnotic Doughnuts to eat some ridiculous doughnuts (i.e. The Canadian Healthcare - maple icing topped with bacon!) and then to the Texas Rangers game tomorrow night. We'll be sitting in the "all you can eat" seats. A $30 seat where you don't have to pay for food... yes please.
So basically... I will be eating this weekend. HAHAHA! Sorry Weight Watchers... see you on Monday.

I thought you'd get a kick out of that! And let me tell you... it was AUH-MAAAAAZING! I realize that it sounds a little strange but it was soooo good. And I love the whole sweet/salty contrast.
