Alright, I appreciate it when my H does the laundry, I really do. But, I think he messes it up just so he doesn't have to do it.
I went down to the washer to see he put our brand new gray sheets in with the white load. I have no clue why he didn't put the sheets with the black towels, and left the white load alone.
Ugh. I'm mad, so instead of taking it out on him, I'm in my bedroom cooling off.
Re: Laundry-Vent
Ugh, that sucks. I don't let H do the laundry for just that reason (that, and I'd have to teach him how, and I don't care to).
Is the white load for sure ruined? :

I hate laundry. Short of walking around naked, you are NEVER done with laundry.
H doesn't do laundry much. He will but I prefer to do it since I am picky about what goes in together and how things are folded. But he would if I wanted him to. I just don't want him to. LOL.
It's almost here! Weeeeeeee!

No thank goodness. I have a really nice pair of white capri's in there that I would be pissed if he ruined. We have had this fight before btw. He did it last year with something that was really blue. He put it together with my whites and dang near ruined another pair of white capri's.
Maybe this shows me I shouldn't own white capri's...
not to rub it in, but i haven't done laundry in so long- we're talking years- that i dont know what i like in the dryer/laid out flat//line dried anymore. but he does... hahahaha i get so much sh!t from him when i attempt laundry. (but i taught him everything he knows!!!)

Can we please do the old husband switch-a-roo? Pretty please!!!
H won't do any of my laundry other than basic stuff like undies or t-shirts, specifically for this reason. He is scared of effin my shiit up.
I am going to start forcing it on him... I don't have time for laundry.

I tell H all the time that we need to have a "naked day" so AT SOME POINT I am actually truly FINISHED with the laundry. He just laughs, but I'm all sorts of serious.
Schu- H doesn't touch the laundry. I, too, think that this highly intelligent man effed it up (more than once) on purpose so he doesn't have to do it anymore.

Honestly I would have laughed if he put the sheets in with the black towels, and the towel ran! LOL
Then what would u have said?!?!?!
Seriously. Naked time is play time....every time.
H will help with the laundry - he usually carries it down & up for me since the laundry room is in the basement and it's icky down there. Since he's down there anyway he'll help me load it & stuff so I always point out the things that don't go in the dryer but he has a block in his brain when it comes to remembering that stuff. He's good at sorting darks & lights though. Yay HB!!! Maybe someday I'll get to the point where I trust him to do it alone.
HA! It would be quite distracting... but you could always incorporate the spin cycle

After 2+ years H still puts dishes and kitchen utensils and away in the wrong places. It's irritating when I'm trying to cook and can't find something, but I guess I can't complain- it means he's unloading the dishwasher and doing dishes- lol. He just doesn't have the same need for things to have a specific "home" as I do. He'd probably do this with clothes, too... if he ever put folded laundry away.
