Stupid Car!
So the fan on my AC/Heater decides to stop working on Friday. It did this once before but we were able to clean it up and it worked fine for the past 8 months. I knew it would go out again but why did it have to happen the week before we leave to go on a 10hr trip and the weather has been sweltering? I guess because cars just suck like that! Thank goodness we have some connections in the auto world because what would normally cost about $1000 to get fixed I only have to pay $225. I'm getting so close to paying the thing off so it better not start giving me more problems!

Re: Stupid Car!
Mine is an electrical issue which is why it's so darn expensive normally.
We are going to Southern Illinois for the annual family reunion on my dad's side. It's a 10hr one way trip. We will leave Fri evening stop in Louisville most likely then get up early drive the rest of the way and head back Sunday morning. Lots of driving and not a lot of time to spend out there but it's worth it for all the great food, a weekend away, and seeing the family we only see once a year and one of my good friends.
