I haven't been around in awhile but I'm lacking motivation to work and I'm bored. So, how are we all doing?
Sadly, I've taken a 2-week hiatus thus far from working out, but I'm stuck to my diet for the most part and haven't gained any weight back, so I'll take that, I guess.

Re: O--O check in
Just popping in for a sec and saw this. I am having a wretched day at work!
OMG, I so hear you on this. I've been sticking to my diet alright, but haven't worked out since the end of September. SAD! I still continue to lose (weigh in tomorrow, yikes), but it's not going so fast now. I've lost 31.2 pounds now, so I've only been losing fractions of a pound for like the last two weeks. I think I need to both work out and really stay in the diet parameters. I'm supposed to eat no more than 1550 calories, and I've been letting it be 1650 or so and not worrying too much. I know that is really fine, I just think it's best to eat the smaller amount.
We both need to get back on the work out train!
Oh! And I just got a salad for lunch.
...but it includes crispy chicken and ranch dressing, lol. I'm really eating it more for the vitamin c b/c I think I'm coming down with a cold (grrrr)
I suck at this game. The only real excercise I've done in the last couple of weeks is with the Wii Fit. Better than nothing, but not *real* excercise. If nothing else it's helping maintain my tenuous hold on my healthy BMI.
DH and I are spending xmas in Hawaii this year, so I'm thinking of buying a really revaling bikinni and hanging it up in the room for motivation. Think that will help?
Trainers are always helpful, mrstlcs, if only that they give you more focus.
It's been a bad week for me, but I have lots going on with weddings and bachelorette parties, so once things settle down I'll be back at it.
