Heading to the Dr. today at 9:30.
I'm taking my mom with me because he is a holy terror at the doctor's. It's awful! He starts crying when we walk into the waiting room and it only gets worse when we enter the exam room.
I figure if my mom comes, she can take R out of the room so that I can talk to the doctor about a few things - it's impossible to have a conversation because he is so loud!
And watch...today he'll be a perfect angel!
Any guesses on his stats?
At 18 months he was:
Height: 31 3/4 inches (28%)
Weight: 23lb 13oz (20%)
I'm thinking 33 inches and 26 pounds. (He's a peanut)
Re: R's 2 year check up!
Holy Hell, I have a giant. He was 33 inches (93%) and 23 lbs (28%) at his 15 month. No wonder everyone thinks he is 2.
My guess is 33 inches and 25 lbs.
Does he have to get any shots today???
( shots make me sad
I thought he needed the MMR - but he got that in April.
They said he needed the Hep A, but I'm not giving that one and we're holing off of the chx. pox as well. So....no shots!
He is 25lb12oz (23%) and 33.5 inches (25%) and of course head circ. is 75%! I think it's all of his brains!
The visit went REALLY well. When I told him we were going to the doctor, he said "I'm gonna cry again" and I told him no, but he can have a sucker, and then he said he wanted a "green one"
So, he chowed on his sucker the entire visit. He fussed a little when she was checking his ears and mouth, but wasn't too bad at all! It was so different from the last few times we've gone! WAY less stressful for both of us!
