Hawki or any food people...
I'm looking for a recipe that uses zucchini.... can be sweet/savory/ whatever! I have 2 zucchinis in my garden that should be picked in the next few days, and honestly, I have no idea what to do with them!

My favorite is super simple, just sauteed with onions as a side dish.

I do this, with garlic, too, then serve over grocery store refrigerated raviolis (cooked to package directions).

Zucchini bread or muffins are great. I usually use a recipe very similar to this but substitute applesauce for the at least 1/2 the oil - depends on who I'm making it for.
I also like to slice it up in thick slices along with some onions, red bell peppers, and summer squash - add a little balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt and put it in a foil packet on the grill.
I'm planning on making a pasta dish tonight with chicken, linguini, zucchini sliced into long thin strips, red bell pepper and a fire roasted tomato sauce - I dont have a recipe though - I'll just make it up as I go.

I don't have a recipe, but chocolate zucchinin cake is delicious! You don't really taste the zucchini but the cake is super moist. Plus, you're getting your veggies, so it's healthy.....right?!!!
