As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Hellooooo!!! Happy Monday?
So, do you ladies remember me telling you about the girl who lost her e-ring at our reception?
Well, I get a text on Saturday night at 10:05pm from a number that I don't have in my phonebook that says "did ur friend lose a ring at your wedding? I called several times after and no one knew anything about it. what does it look like?"
I thought OMG! Is this real or is this phony? So...then this girl starts asking random questions/statements like "this looks more like fashion jewelry" and then "is the diamond cloudy?"; I was concerned because I felt like she was being coy or trying to get away with something. She aked me what it looked like, and I got the description from HB's friend and when I sent it, in her reply, she didn't say whether or not this ring fit the description. I was a little annoyed at that; I told her that chances were that if she found a ring in the women's bathroom and that's where my friend lost hers, chances were, it was the ring.
Yesterday, I just decided to call her and quit playing the text games. I was able to give her another description of the ring, which included the designer's name engraved inside. She said she wasn't home and that she would call me when she got home. I asked her if we could just meet so I could see it and she said she would call me in 2 hours. She called me and the first thing she said was "you're going to be very happy"...IT WAS THE RING!!! She was able to see the engraving in the band itself! YAY! I went and picked it up, after calling HB's friend - and he was soo excited! He gave her a $250 reward.
He's actually going to make his FI wait a little bit longer b/c truthfully, she's been VERY careless w/that ring and he wants her to suffer a bit longer. May sound mean, but this girl also took her ring off at the gym and locked in in a LOCKER! Umm, ya...not wise.
So, anyhow...good news to report to ya'll!!!
