WTH? My kid has 5 teeth and now a molar?!

I know everyone thought I was crazy when I said I swore my kid was getting molars even though he only has 5 teeth. His second top lateral incisor just broke through today so I decided to feel around and one of his first molars on the top is part way in and the bottom first molar on that same side is just starting to cut through but hasn't broke through quite yet. I guess the teeth don't always come in in the correct order (he only has 2 bottom teeth) well, that would explain the crankiness.
