If anyone is even here....

I'm taking DH on a surprise birthday trip this coming weekend.  He is on a business trip this week (blah) and I am going to give him one clue each day.  We are going to colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and probably Virginia beach...weather permitting.  I already told him that we can drink beer where we are going, and that we've never been there together (he hasn't been period, and I went in high school).  If I say anything about the rush of excitement, or anything alluding to roller coasters he'll guess right away.  Any advice on cute creative hints?

Re: creative nesties

  • You could always give hints more about the historical part or Williamsburg or can you give hints that have to do with some of the specific rides there or does your DH know the coasters there by name?  Something like a picture of a Griffon since there's a ride by that name.   I'm not all that creative either but it sounds like a fun, much needed trip. :)
  • Tell him you can "howl at the moon" (ie the Big Bad Wolf rollercoaster), or "go skiing", the Alpengiest, you can "make candles together" (colonial williamsburg), "love is a battlefield", etc.  I wonder if I'm helping at all!  Such a cute Idea!  Way to go girl!  I've been hearing more and more of my friends, "kidnapping" their husbands to get them away from work and have a gettaway together.  Love it!

  • I have no creativity at the moment. . but I wanted to say, theres a fudge shop inside a store thats associated with 'The General Store' on Mooretown rd.   Ohhh my Lord it was soooooooooo good :o)

The General Store gives discounts for the fudge too :o)

I also think this idea is really cute too. I'd love to do this for DH, but since he's the only one with an income at the moment, I'm kind of stuck.

    Have fun!!! :o)

Edit : Store is called 'Wallace's Trading Post'
