As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

WW-week 1... (another happy dance!)
...and I lost 3.8 pounds!!! yah!!!!
NOTE: I did weigh my t-shirt and a wicking material tank top before I went to get weighed... the t-shirt 0.6 lbs. the tank 0.2 lbs... I think we know what was worn last night!...
(and then I got a screw in my back tire today, but I'm still happy about the above!... and that Cassie got her meds!)

Boo to the tire...same thing happened to DH last week (he got a nail in his tire). Hope it's an easy fix!

Aw, thanks! Sorry about your tire. Damn cars are so high maintenance. But great work at WW! Keep it up! My mom works for them and they've really helped her adjust how she eats.
