XP-Roc ladies...dinner/movie recs
DH and I are going out this Sat night to celebrate our anniversary-any restaurant recs? We always like trying new places out! We might also catch a movie-I never watch TV so I have no idea what's out and what's good! Anyone seen anything good lately? Thanks!

I was just at Pier 45 on Friday for drinks, and it's really nice in there. I didn't try the food, but it's decorated really well, and has a nice view of the water.
Virtu in Corn Hill Landing is on the river, and they have really good food. Panzari's is my favorite restaurant in the city, they are also in Corn Hill and not far away from the Regal Henrietta.
Aladdin's Pittsford location is on the canal, and you can sit on the outdoor patio. The one on Monroe Ave has an outdoor seating area on the second floor. Both have pretty good food.

Black & Blue Crab and Steakhouse in Pittsford Plaza is really amazing. They have a great atmosphere and fantastic food.
Mario's Via Abruzzi in Pittsford is also really great. It's an Italian steakhouse, and is probably my favorite restaurant in Rochester. They have amazing pasta and seafood; I've never gotten anything I didn't like. My husband and I go there for all of our anniversaries.
