As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Eh. Kinda. They cut the rear brake drums to round again, and it's not as loud as it was, but it's still there. We flat-out don't have the money to replace them right now, and the guy said it's not a safety issue or doing any damage to the car, so I'm going to live with the noise for a few months.
Matt drove into town to bring me a sandwich and keep me company in the mechanic's waiting room! We each work half an hour from home in opposite directions, so it's really not ideal to be down to one car mid-week. So no dropping it off and leaving it to be worked on.
