Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So here's one of my bigger beefs...
A couple of months ago, I was all fired up because it appeared that my job was backhandedly being taken over by someone else. While that wasn't entirely the case, the job I was doing when I first started here and up until that time, has essentially gone away because of the job the other person was hired to do.
And now? They have me essentially taking over someone else's job. It's a job I really didn't have any desire to do and still really don't. And this other person is giving me the cold shoulder, which I can't blame her at all. Here's the thing though...if I don't do this, I will essentially not have a job (all other things previously discussed were taken off the table, which pissed me off, but what can I do?). If I do, she won't.
I really am starting to hate the situation I'm in.
