Zumba
I was asked to report back, so here it is!
Zumba was AWESOME! We never stopped moving. The entire class was dripping wet after only 20 minutes! There were all kinds of woman there. from teenagers to woman in their 50s. All different skill levels.
If you are thinking about taking this class in your area you should! It's so fun that while you know you are working out you can keep going. It's nothing like doing the treadmill or anything where you just count down the minutes, ya know?
I recommed taking a friend so you can have someone to laugh at yourself with. lol Yay Zumba!

I'm glad you liked it! The place I went to also did a hip-hop Zumba class which was fun too.
I used to go a couple times a week, but it was taking me 40 minutes to drive 10 miles during rush hour to get there. So, I was usually late and the classes filled up fast b/c they became so popular. One of my friends has started teaching it, so I am going to try her classes once I have the baby.
i did zumba for about 6 months - it's addicting and so much high-energy fun! we had 2 different classes w/ 2 diff instructors - 1 latin & 1 hip hop. i liked the hip hop better - my favorite move: white girl dance

sounds like something i would enjoy.

Yes, but there were people there who had never danced. I think anyone could do if after a few classes.
