Ok, so I'm looking through all of these pictures of Adam that his mom gave me so I can put all of them in order for our photo montage for our wedding video. THIS is my absolute favorite picture of him EVER... he's such a nerd!! It cracks me up every time I see it!!!

Re: Favorite pic of my HH
Man, I hope the kids come out looking like me!!! haha... and I hope they get their eyesight from me too!!! I was ridiculously adorable... haha... maybe the kids will get my modesty too!
Oh, my gosh, you were ridiculously adorable!
I don't much care what my kids look like, though I'm crossing my fingers for red hair (Matt has a red beard! It could happen!). But I very much hope that they get their personalities from Daddy and Uncle Caleb (my lil bro), not Mommy and Uncle Mike (BIL). Matt and Caleb were both contented, pleasant children. Mike and me, yeah. Not so much. My mom said that I would scream until I turned purple and that I looked like E.T. when I was really mad, which, apparently, was often. And to hear MIL talk about it, it's a miracle that anyone in that house survived Mike's toddler years.
I came to say exactly this. I hope our future kids look AND act just like HH. I wonder if it's possible to somehow use ONLY his genes?? He was a beautiful kid, and the calmest one in his family (still is). He is the most laid back, easy going guy, and even his parents admit that he was the dream child. Me, not so much. I had a fierce independent streak and God forbid anyone try to do anything for me. I had to dress myself, feed myself, and I refused to sit in a stroller for anything. My parents say they're glad I was born before it was law that kids had to be in a car seat, because I would have been a bloody nightmare in the car if I had to be strapped in to anything.
lol jehawley. You sound exactly like my husband was when he was a child. I've told him several times that I'm scared we'll create a child like him... but really. I don't know if I could handle a child like him without going insane. I will for sure brush up on all my first aid skills before becoming a mother!
