Zora, here is the recipe I was telling you about. It is really good.
Ingredients: 1/2 Cup of Butter, 1 Cup of Milk, 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour, 4 Eggs, 1 TBS Sugar
1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease muffin cups including the top of the pan. In a medium saucepan melt butter then add milk. Bring mix to a boil. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that does not separate. Remove the saucepan from the heat and cool for five minutes.
2. Add the eggs, one at a time beating them for one minute with a wooden spoon after each addition or until the mix is smooth. Divide dough evenly among greased muffin cups. Fill the cups about 2/3 full and then sprinkle with sugar. I usually sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg for a little added flavor.
3. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. Remove puffs from the pan and serve immediately. You can also put some honey on them if you'd like.
