Quick and easy dinner ideas?
Lately I am finding that I make the same dinner dishes over and over. Does anyone have any quick and easy dinners that you love to make? I am open to any and all ideas. Thanks so much!
P.S. I have clearly called it a day here at my home office. Work is very blah today!

Re: Quick and easy dinner ideas?
I agree w/quesadillas... and fajitas... I also love using the chicken roasters at the supermarket (especially Market Basket's because those are really good & cheap) and added it to pasta or making it into a meal.
Egg dishes are really quick too! For a starch, couscous is really quick & delicious!
Yum! Beef stew sounds amazing!
I do have a crock pot that we got for our wedding and haven't actually used it yet in two years! I will have to get that thing out of the attic
Thanks for the idea!
Ditto crock pot cooking, I just need to work on finding more recipes.
My other favorite quick & easy is Costco's rotisserie chicken
On a more serious note, BBQing is always a good option too. Either keep some sauces on hand or you could do something simple like flavoring with just salt & pepper or other spices, brushing on some honey (LOVE this on wings), etc. I like to marinate a flank steak in worcestershire and balsamic, grill it, then serve it over salad.
