So I went and got my lab work done again this morning.  My numbers have gone down.  They were at 783 and now its 678.  They were concerned about ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage or just early pregnancy.  I went to get an ultrasound about an hour and 45mins ago.  Of course they lady couldn't tell me anything.  But I did call the nurse at my Dr's office.  I asked if it was safe to assume that it wasn't in my tubes and she said yes.  But the Dr who is standing in for my Dr this week wants me back in the morning for more labs.  The nurse didn't know much else but she said that she would see what she can find out when that Dr gets back from his lunch.  So I'm still playing the waiting game.  I would just really like to know what is going on in there.

    The nurse called me back.  The ultrasound showed the baby measuring 5 weeks and 2 days.  So either I am having a miscarriage or I'm just not as far along as we thought.  I still have to go in and have blood work in the moring to watch my levels.  I guess that is going to be how we tell if it is a miscarriage since it is too early to see the heartbeat.  I am still bleeding some.  So I still get to play the waiting game.  This week so far sucks a big one.  I'm still hoping that the levels start coming back up.  Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers ladies.  It makes me feel good.
