As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. REA--Coldwell Banker
Has anyone worked with Coldwell Banker in Cary (on Highhouse)--and specifically with Charlotte Michau?
Our bank has a program where they refer you to an agent and if you use them, you can get a 'cash bonus' for using the agent they refer to you.
We are going to meet her tomorrow, but I wanted to do some snooping to make sure no one had awful experiences wth that office/person.

We didnt use her specifically, but we did use the company in Cary, just a different agent.
She was amazing and the company was very easy to work with

I feel like with Realtors, you can get a pretty quick vibe if they're good or not. If you don't like her, I can refer ours. I couldn't say enough praises about her
