In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anyone use this site to network? I need to get better at networking in my field and beefing up my contacts!

I use it and have gotten contacted a couple times about positions. I think it is about how you use it. I am connected to a couple recruiters, so I see the jobs that they are looking for.
I think it is a good start but it doesnt eliminate the need to get out there and meet people.
