Who has one, and is it really worth the price?

I want one sooooo bad for all the scrapbooking I do and for all the fun things I can do with the vinyl lettering.

    I have one (the small one) and I love it. I am hoping that our budget works out that I can get the bigger one for Christmas.

    I haven't done a lot of scrapbooking stuff with it yet (but I haven't done a lot of scrapbooking lately). I make a lot of cards with it.

    Ebay is your friend. I got my machine off of ebay for like $75 and people get cartridges off of their cheap. I only bought one cartridge off of ebay but only because I found cheap prices at Michaels.

    I want to try vinyl lettering sometime. I also have used mine for freezer paper tees. You can also cut fabric.

    I have enjoyed mine more then I thought I would.

    Yes yes yes!  If you haven't seen my blog if you have a minute head on over.  I enjoy finding new ways to use my machines! I have a create and an expression and adore them both.  papercraftingpro.com often has some great deals on machines (they offer a free 2 day trial so wait until you're ready to sign up after that it is 10.00 a month).

    ok...so i've been researching online...what is the big difference between the Create and the Expression, other than the size of the paper I can feed though? Can you do all the same stuff with the smaller/cheaper one?

    I have the expression, and my mom has both the create and expression.  The expression has more features.  When looking at cartridges, pay attention to the special features on it.  We got one and didn't even realize that it came with a font and pictures.

    You can cut all the same materials.  You just can't cut things as big with the create.

    oh...I forgot...

    I second using ebay!!!  My mom gets all of her Cricuts and accessories on there, just check the reviews of the sellers first.
