I hate f-ing CL
So, there was a swingset I wanted bad. Talked to the girl this morning, made arragements with her to come look at it tonight. I just called her to tell her I'd have to come tomorrow instead, her husband says, oh we sold it this morning.
WTF!! Why don't people ever tell you when they have someone else interested?? It pisses me off.
Whenever I have someone interested in something I'm selling I inform them that someone else showed interest and was coming to look, but if they didn't buy it they would be called next. Commen courtesy, right??
Am I wrong for being annoyed??
I mean I guess people can do what they want but I literally talked to this girl at 10 a.m. this morning and said we'd come look tonight and probably buy it. At least call me for gods sake. What if I had driven all the way over there after J got off work??

That sucks! She should have told you someone else was interested in it and going to see it in the morning and that if you were still interested, then she would call you if it was still available.
I hate when I see something on CL and I call and want to see it and they want me to wait for days because someone else called first and can't see it for days...
grrr.. then take your ad down and put it back up if the first person doesn't want it after they see it!! If I wanted to wait for days, I wouldn't have looked on CL for days. Don't waste my time! I won't even deal with those people anymore.
